Arrival & Departure
When can I check in, and by when do I need to check out?
Check-in is possible from 12:30 to 21:30. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30.
I'm arriving after 9:30pm. What should I do?
No problem: even later, you can get into the house through the side entrance with a PIN code. Just let us know briefly in advance.
Parking
- Europaplatz underground car park: For our guests we have a ticket for the Europaplatz underground car park (max. height 2.20 m). About 2 minutes by car, a 5-minute walk from the inn.
Arrival by bus & train
- Sterzing railway station: About an 8–10 minute walk away.
- Bus alternative: From "Wiesen Pfitsch / Sterzing station" to the "Flainer Brücke" stop (note: not every line stops there). After getting off, head left over the Eisack bridge, immediately right through the underpass, and then about 300 m straight ahead. The inn is on the right-hand side (a 3–4 minute walk from the stop).
Arrival by bike
- Route: Reachable via the old town and the main square. Coming from the north, turn left down Geizkoflerstraße at the main square (by the pharmacy). Our house is already visible from the square thanks to the large spruce tree in the garden.
- Bike shed: Our own secure bike shed right at the house, with e-bike charging available.
Cancellation Terms
Until when can I cancel free of charge?
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival. After that, we charge 100% of the stay.
What if something comes up at short notice?
Then please get in touch with us. In case of short-notice cancellations, we'll look for a solution together with you.
How is my booking guaranteed?
Through a deposit or by providing a credit card as a guarantee.
With Your Dog
Is my dog welcome?
Yes. We charge €12 per day for your dog. They're welcome to accompany you in all of our restaurants too.
Included
Where can I park my bike or e-bike?
Our own secure bike shed right at the house, with e-bike charging available. Included.
Is the ActiveCard Sterzing included?
Yes, the ActiveCard Sterzing is included with your stay.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included throughout the house.
Meal Times
When is breakfast served?
Daily from 8:00 to 10:00. On request, breakfast is available from 7:30.
I'm leaving very early. Do I have to skip breakfast?
No. Just let us know in good time, and we'll prepare a packed lunch for you.
